Supervisor & Agent Desktop Login Failure

Problem Statement

Supervisors cannot login the Supervisor desktop (CTIOS)

Components Involved In Troubleshooting

-          Windows XP

Symptoms

It doesn’t display any error message the application just gets hang.

Probable Cause

-          Configuration conflict
-          Windows XP
Solution

It was observed that Supervisor doesn’t face the same problem in login when he logs in the system with the Administrator’s account. So the problem lies within the Window XP rather than any IPCC component.
So the Supervisor was granted full permission over the folder My computer\C\program files\ Cisco systems.
