To Solve CAD Replication issue on UCCE Follow these steps.

1.      Logged in as the Local Admin
2.      Remove replication by running Postinstall from C:\ProgramFiles\Cisco\Desktop\bin\PostInstall.exe
3.      At the end of setup it will ask for replication there removes it.
4.      Reapply replication and it appears to have worked as far as CAD is concerned.

Then if there is a difference between the sizes of CAD databases follow below mentioned steps

This is a problem of SQL that generates the disappearance of the job SQL 'REPL-Merge'.

Action plan:

1.      Disable the replication of databases using the CAD tool and postInstall by logging in as local Administrator on  the CAD Machine.
2.      Enable the replication database using the CAD tool and postInstall by logging in as the local Administrator on  CAD Machine
3.      Check that the SQL job REPL-Merge.
4.      Check that the account used by the job REPL SQL-Merge is CADSQLAdminUser otherwise modify the job to use this account
5.      Make a daily check (for 5 days) to verify that the SQL job still exists REPL-Merge
