Microsoft launched Azure Communication services, providing API access for voice, video, SMS and chat. Cloud CC domain is becoming very competitive.
It allows the developer to access other services of Azure like Azure Cognitive Services for sentiment analysis or translation.
Cloud Collaboration market is getting very competitive day by day as more and more vendors are offering services.
I hope this time, Microsoft is back with some plan to stay and get some decent market share.
