Generally speaking we view CVP as the Enterprise-class solution with more scale and functionality. We'd recommend CVP for nearly all UCCE deployments.

Thanks for your comments, yes I agree with you , CVP is far more power than IP IVR and in all of my projects I deployed CVP with UCCE .
