If you are facing this error when trying to login on CAD Client .
"The specified extension is not associated with ID.Verify that the extension is correct and try again.if still unsucceesful, ask your system administrator 'to follow the procedure for configuring on agent's phone in uccx admin guide"
Solution
First Check that
a) Agent Phone is associated with Agent
b) Agent Phone is also associated with RmCm user in Call Manager then.
Still you are facing this issue then
c) Just uninstall CAD download a new software from UCCX reinstall it try again . it will solve the issue .
