There are times when prompts are changed on script & in media server but still customer on IVR or in a queue is listening old prompt. To over come this issue we need to restart gateway (as gateway caches the files for prompting ) during off peak hours .
This problem can be solved without restarting the gateway . Enter this command on gateway or gateways
audio-prompt load
audio-prompt load http://192.168.1.1/en-us/app/xy/welcome.wav
