| Symptom: UpdateAW process crashes when making configuration changes using either configuration manager tool OR script editor. Error message prior to restart is: dis-uaw Trace: Central log was truncated. Must initialize local database. Conditions: Recovery key mismatch gets reported. This is due to the query format for the RecoveryKey value, itself a floating point data type, when selecting records from Config_Message_Log table. Workaround: None | |
Also it is important not to forget to stop the Tomcat6 process before upgrading the CTI server , first stop the service from the ICM service control, then go to the task manager and end the Tomcat6 process then start the ICM 8.0.3
